The hotel does not sail, it remains as it location, on the river of Hooghly.

The concept of this exotic unique hotel in the world is based on the concept of the Cruise Liner where it anchored in a city. It has a total of 61 rooms.

The surrounding of the hotel consists of walkway by the river of Hooghly, garden, restaurant, open air banquet halls etc.

The hotel was build by Mr. Manab Pal, Managing Director, Manor Floatel Limited.

Location

The exotic unique floating hotel is located by the river side of Hooghly, in the centre of city Calcutta. It is situated near others historical building such as The Calcutta High Court, the Town Hall, Central Secretariat Building and Eden Gardens.
